How does the administrator approve user permission requests?

I feel like I might be missing something very obvious here.  I did search the docs though.

In a scenario when an operator requests a new permission, lets say "[lhuser] Users, groups management > Allow user to see logged operators list, not only from his department", as administrator I currently get an e-mail notification indicating the user requested these permissions.  Is there a next step that I take to approve the permissions request?

There is no link in the e-mail and I don't see anything in the tool to approve.

You should go to to Roles and grant him this permission.
