Automatic Pending Chats - Closing

Hi there,

We are having an issue where pending chats are not closing overnight and are being picked up by operators the next morning.
Looking here, /how-to-setup-automatic-chat-s-closing-purging-341a.html there should be an option to automatically close pending chats in settings.

However, in my settings i can only see:
- Automatic chats closing. 0 - disabled, n > 0 time in minutes before chat is automatically closed
- Automatic chats purging. 0 - disabled, n > 0 time in minutes before chat is automatically deleted

I have no visible option for
- Automatic pending chats closing. 0 - disabled, n > 0 time in minutes before chat is automatically closed

Please advise.

That means you are running older version where these options are not present just... So just update.
