Modernize / Use the standard rectangular chat box

I want to customize the chat bubble from standard floating circle to a rectangular chatbox on the lower right (see sample below).

Which files should I modify that will make it future proof - based on your planned roadmap?

Your question is out of my basic support as is about a theme override.
There is a guide for that but maybe doesn't reply directly to your question.

I have tried that but there are certain classes and elements that I can't modify from the custom CSS.

Would love to contribute to the documentation if you can share which classes or elements we can modify.

I would suggest just use new embed code and you can style it through themes. It's more minimal so you would not need to adjust styling mutch... As for this i suggest just use themes and you can put custom css there.
