How to change offline modal

Hey,

I have been loking for the offline modal code/page alday, so I can change it to may offline to closed, but i cannot seep to fine the correct file to edit.

Any help appreciated and thanks in advance.

Can you explain better your issue?
Chat should be online but is offline or what?

You need have an operator online assigned to department for be online or you need set work time hours in department section (when you edit the department).

I have set operating hours for each department and when the opening hour get to 5:30pm then the chat closes. Which is what i want, but I want to be able to edit the above to may be the following

Closed

Sorry we are currently closed now. please try again during our opening hours.

But i cannot seem to find the page/file that i need to edit.

You can edit the text showed by creating a widget theme in the settings than here you will find the offline text you can set.
If you need different text for each department I think this is not possible. You may consider to insert a link to a webpage with all department hours.

If you need customization you can ask for the commercial support.
