Changing Start chat form and Bot

Hi,
I'm thinking of starting the chat with the bot and then, before transferring to human show to the user the start chat form, after filling it then he'll be waiting for an operator.

Is there any easy way to achieve this workflow?

Or maybe skipping the start chat form completely and collecting data through the chat bot? Although there are some variables being filled automatically from the embedded code (some variables).

About this you need maybe commercial support as I cannot assist with such customization or advanced settings.
