Every second is requests ?

I am using Your chat version. However, I see that every few seconds there is one request to go, so it will make my server heavy.
I want to ask you how you manage that ajax.
If it is optimal, I will support you.

My system is chatting about 5k data a day, it is very high so I need more details about the cache of ajax.

Do you have many chat requests or where you are seeing every few seconds you have request to go? What kind of request?

I cannot imagine the issue you are reporting.
What version of PHP are you running?
How many online visitor do you have?
Where you see the constant requests?
What version of live helper chat are you using?

My support can be limited, you may consider the commercial support that can be more faster and can help you more.
