After Close Chat - customer api not call from extension of ClosedChat

Hello support,

we have very old version in chat on our server.. Recently, we just upgrade latest version 3.26 to our chat.

After updating all changes on server, we are facing issue in chat close functionality.

when Agent going to close chat - application close dialog and nothing happens in background and even not show any error or log on client/server side.

Can you please guide me here..

where i can find logs of all request of close chat ?

What is the version of PHP used?
