Only showing online vsitor and there actual page

Hi.

When clicking on online visitors option, I'm not only seeing the online vistors actual page visits but also the 'old' pages they visited. I just want to see the actual visitor and the page they are on. How to put that setting?

I see you are not a new member so i suppose you should know how live helper chat works.

Has changed something with update?
What version of live helper chat are you using?

Usually info about page visited by the visitor is in the visitor info you have.

Hi.

Sorry missed this one completely but it looks like now it 's showing just one version of the visitor.
But what I like to see is if this view can only show the actual visitors (like the ones on Online visitors on map) and not the ones that already left. That way I can see if someone is 'hanging' on to a certain page lake a checkout and maybe needs help

Hi, thank you for your update!
In the top of visitor list you have some drop down menu that is cutted from your screenshot.
Selecting a lower value will hide left visitors for example you can hide inactive visitor after 30 seconds.

Yeah I get what you mean but it's not same as I had in mind. Actually you (i) want to see only visitors who are on the site whatever they are doing or how long they are doing (nothing).

If I put it on say 30 sec the visitor leaves my view but actually he is still there but doing nothing. I have to fiddle around to find the best setting.

Maybe what you are asking is not supported at the moment.
