Fully customising chat bubble

Hi,

I would like to fully customise the chat bubble more than just colours etc. Are there specific files to do this in the template/themes?

I also noticed that there is CSS injected into the head of the page where the chat bubble is located, and wondered if there is a way to prevent this from happening? At the moment I can't override these styles as most of them have !important on them.

You can read this documentation page: How to override templates ?

Customization is possible by using the live helper chat the settings but if you have different need you can override template.
I cannot support much on this, if you have issues you need maybe evaluate the commercial support.

I suggest to make backups (folder and database) before start edits.

Thanks for the reply - I have already set up a new theme which is working great for the admin area - it doesn't seem to override the chat bubble though which is where I'm having the problems.

I shall look into it more - thank you for the link to the documentation
