I cant seem to get the windows client to fire up fully. It was find on the last version.
I changed the desktop icon to point to the new exe file in the 1.89 lhc_dc folder
I put in the username and password
but i dont remember what format the host should be... i guess it defaults to this kind of format http://www.mysite.com/livehelp/

when i fire it up the icon shows in the tray, but nothing happens when i click it other than it creates a new icon..

i know user and pw are correct.. is that the correct format for the host input ?

Format can be either with http or without.

its ok i guess i was just asking if anything had changed since the last version. But i got it fixed just now. I just had to reboot and it fired right up smile sorry about that all is well

I ques what confused you, is then you click close it does not close but goes to clock. In order to completely exit you have to click right mouse button on click icon and choose quit.
