I ques this module would fit your needs. Just you will have to write your own export handlers.http://livehelperchat.com/chats-export-module-tutorial-177a.html
As for native export there is none at the moment. Except you can print chat from chat window itself.

replace the my_secret_hash that got in the chat configuration and showed this error

Please read more carefull documentation.
http://demo.livehelperchat.com/index.php/export/getlist/<?php echo sha1('getlist'.'my_secret_hash')?>/(status)/2/(format)/xml/(limit)/50/(page)/2
Then you replace in this line your individual hash you still have to calculate sha1
