Install app in Mac OS

Hi everyone,

I have an error when installing live helper chat app on MacOS. This is error:

Dyld Error Message:
  Library not loaded: /Developer/5.2.1/clang_64/lib/QtMultimedia.framework/Versions/5/QtMultimedia
  Referenced from: /private/var/folders/*/lhc.app/Contents/MacOS/lhc
  Reason: image not found

Please help me this case

Thank you for your question!

The software (client) for live helper chat can be not updated and can miss many functions.
I suggest to use live helper chat from a browser. You can set a specific browser to auto-start.

Browser support notifications and many other features and are keep always update!
