Setting different timezone for every department

Hey,
I couldn't find a place to define timezone per department so I just wanted to know if it's possible.
If it's not possible, what is the best practice way to do this - different departments sit in different countries and have different working days and hours.
A possible way to achieve it is to set the app's timezone and then set every department's working hours relative to the app's default timezone, but this way is a bit of a workaround, as times in some places change +/-1 hour in different time and it'll be very hard to follow.

Maybe if the server is one can be not easy manage different time zone. I never seen a live chat that support this however can be interesting see if there is a way to implement this.
