issues with fb chats and departments

the option to dedicate what page goes to what department doesnt working correctly
ok from a list of several fanpages (from MY PAGES option) I can subscribe to all of them with a department, but when I try to send messages (from a test sending inbox to fanpage), it is only transferred to default department and not to the others that I chose, this department is the one that is doing the first callback of the webhook (i supose that is the first page and webhook that I've registered in Facebook pages option) and ignores the other configured, so for now all fb chats are transfered to one department, how can i do to configure or fix that?
