How to design the live helper chat

Hi, I would like to design the live helper chat into the style like the attachment.
However, I dont know which file I should change.
I want to design the color and the box-sizing, and the wording shown on the chat
e.g. questions:, live help is online
Please help, and indicate how to do.

in general you will have to override chat/getstatus.tpl.php and few others.

I found there are 2 files
lhc_web/design/defaulttheme/tpl/lhchat/getstatus.tpl.phplhc_web/design/defaulttheme/tpl/lhchat/getstatus/container.tpl.php
However, there is nothing change on live website.
I am using Google Chrome to find out the design and located the code and change
Is there any better way to change the design?

Make sure you have disabled cache while developing.
And please read documentation first.
