500 error in inspect element

Hi,

I have added livehelperchat in my site and i have got an error when i am doing inspect element.
"Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)" and chat box in in not showing, only loader is showing. Hi,

Hi Ajay , welcome in the live helper chat forum!
What version of live helper chat and PHP are you using?

PHP should be superior to 7.1 http://php.net/supported-versions.php should be minimum php 5.6 but better a more update version showed in green on php website.

How you installed live helper chat? Are you sure all file has been transferred successfully?
Seems you have server error issue, you need check better your server error log.

I was running an old php version. now i have update to the latest version. Thanks PeopleInside for your help.
