cannot go through this error

anyone can tell about setting.ini in nodejshelper

I am sorry to inform I cannot help with this issue.
Is more difficult for me help on localhost installations also i have no knowledge of NodeJS.

Your screen image is small, you can try to search the errors on Google or try to ask in some forum like https://stackoverflow.com/ .
