Hello.
I would like to know the URL for the contact form. I'm using this ../index.php/por/chat/startchat/(offline)/true/(leaveamessage)/true/
, but you're presenting this text you did not want: "There are no online operators right now, please leave your message."

Hi jakssonsantana,
if you need just a contact form you can create a form https://livehelperchat.com/forms-module … -306a.html
If you need just have contact form when the chat is offline you can maybe customize the text in the widget template in the live helper chat settings.

If you use the direct link i think you cannot customize.
