How to change Need Help text on green picture in the widget and remove print and transcript eMayl co
How to change the text Need Help? Our staff is always ready to Help? I need translate this in Italian.
And also i need to remove the right to the user to send itself a transcripts of email and also i want remove the print button.

1. Translate it either on https://www.transifex.com/projects/p/live-helper-chat/
2. Either use direct text http://livehelperchat.com/need-help-tool-tip-configuration-280a.html
3. At the moment there is no way to disable these two. You can fill feature request on github regarding these or you can just override this filedesign/defaulttheme/tpl/lhchat/customer_user_settings.tpl.php
