User changevisibility Issue

Hi,

I changed some LHC configurations, and the problem is that after changing some settings, my users get this error 2 or 3 times a day:

You do not have permission to access the module "user" and use "changevisibility" function

What does this mean and how should I fix it? I searched a lot, but didn't get any solutions.

by the way, a big problem that I see in LHC is that most parts of the settings, don't have enough explanations! and that is not good!

upgrade the guide / documentation required time and this is not easy as many resources are in developing and on fixing code.
Sorry about that. I know will be a try to update the documentation for have more informations.

Have you looked at Permission system explain ?
Or maybe you changed some settings on live helper chat config (tab), chat configuration, misc (tab).
