Some times chat go offline
Hi, some time when i receve a chat i see chat is offline from visitor.
Do you know what can be?

Basically that means that use has closed chat widget. After you write a message chat will popup automatically even a user closed a chat widget.

No i mean in my website chat is on-line
when i receve a chat i casually open my website and chat is offline.
it's not first time i see this.
When i receve a chat i and i continue to chat chat turns offline

Sorry, no idea there.
Back office admin has to be opened all the time to be online, either just setup online hours in department.
