embed codes / description

Do you have a side with a description of the different embed codes ?

1. FAQ embed code

2. Questionary embed code

3. Chatbox embed code

4. Browse offers embed code

and what is the different between Widget embed code and Page embed code ?

Hi Hamburgo,
my suggestion is to take time for know better the software. This is open source project,
you can learn how to work in the software... by using it you can also look into the documentation:

There are no FAQ for al point you have wrote.
Difference between Page and Widget is that page Embed code integrate into the page Widget create a widget.

Hi, sorry is not possible to use two Embed code on the same page: you will have issue.
You can have just one Embed code.

You can regenerate and replace the existing one to have two department but only one Embed code for page are allowed.

thanks for reply.

solved,
I use the rest api to know the online status of the Department.

and I use 1 embeded script

but I had to change the event lh_inst lh_openchatWindow ().
and sends the Department id.
