Hello

Is it possible to solve the problem that LHC is blocking by Adblock

A lot of people is using adblocking extensions and it's not good that this happen

When Adblock is ON - LCH chat icon disappear

Hi mrringo , thank you for all informations!
I tested with Chrome, adblock plus and adblock. No chat icon is blocked.

So maybe is something you do, i tested also your website.
No issue on demo and your site.

If this issue persist try to uninstall and reinstall the extension. If the issue persist again than contact support of the adblock extension for report a false positive as this seems to be not an issue from Live helper chat.

I realise cause of blocking.
but i dont know how to fix it.

I installed LHC on domain http://ringotech.xyz
and here everyhing is fine http://ringotech.xyz/test/
nothing is blocked

But I need to LHС works on my other sites
and when I paste LHС code to https://shop.web-ringo.ru which contains link "......po.src = '//ringotech.xyz/index.php/chat/getstatus/(click)/internal/(position)/bottom_right/(ma)/br/(top)/350/(units)......"
adblock thinks that this is advertising and block it

Do you have any idea how to remove this conflict

There are different adblock program, what are you using?
If the live chat is blocked by your adblock you need contact the developer of the adblock and report the false positive, the issue.

Issue is not on live helper chat but maybe in the adblock.

as i told i believe LHC cannot do nothing from program or browser that are blocking live chat.

I asked, what adblock are you using? There are different adblockers.
If an adblocker is locking some content of your website or the live chat you need contact the developer of the adblock.
