I need delete a group in user profile, but I don´t know how to do. Somebody could help me.

You need remove all operator from this group for be able to delete.

Hi,

I think I have not explained myself correctly. I need to delete a group from a user profile, but the gruop must exist. The user only must be a one gruop.

Hi Ana, you can manage groups under settings, system tab, list of groups.

Ok. I saw that it shows the groups in the user's profile but they only have access to the one that you select.

User / Operator is non the admin so cannot choose user and Group. The admin can go into settings and assign operators to the right group.
