I can not set user livehelperchat
I can not find the place to  change message or name or avatar.
Anybody help me? Thanks!

Hi olyly94 , welcome on the live helper chat forum!
If you want you can read the documantation: https://livehelperchat.com/documentation-6c.html

Once you are logged into admin panel you can edit user profile and widget themes, departments etc.
Here you can set your preference. You can also customize messages, name, avatar.

For open your profile you can just click on right top where your operator name is showed.
