Error during Installation

Hi. I would like to install this chat but it gives me an error while installing. Can you help me?There is my error message: "Make sure that "cache/*" is writable and then try again".

Just chmod cache folder recursively.

I solved that, there was a problem with my hosting smile

I'm using this livechat with wordpress, I've put the embed code into the footer.php, is it correct?I also tried a clean installation, but I still haven't no sound at all. Don't know what to try.

It's correct way, as for sound really don't know. Perhaps .htaccess is blocking it, anyway, you will have to figure-out it by yourself.
