what is status,status_sub,status_sub_sub value (lh_chat) means?

what is status,status_sub,status_sub_sub value means? what are the numbers means?

I found that they are in value 0 0 0 when i submitted the pre chat form.

In case there are too much pending chats, if i delete by sql , is it delete from lh_chat?

can you show a screen about what you are talking?

Maybe you have a custom issue on your install? In this case no much i can do.
