Chat List Question

Hi,  When I pull a chat list and look at it by operator..  Does it include chats that were transferred to an operator? Or is recording the 'first responder' only?

Can you please provide steps for reproduce the issue?
What you mean with pull a chat list? When you transfer a chat to an operator the operator will see the request to acept the chat on the left if i am not woring. Operator has to acept the transfer than the chat will be transfered.
