Hi to all,
when you are on the chat with the visitor you can put the chat on hold on and send auto reponder messages to the visitor.
You can customize messages on auto-responder: settings, live help configuration (tab) , auto reponder.
Once you select the auto responder you need to select the tab: on-hold chat messaging.
If you are not able to find the right autoresponder check in your operator or admin profile to be assigned to all departments.
