What is the logic for chat duration?

Hi ,

I don't know how to calculate/ the logic for the chat duration.

when i got user start time , the operator accepted a chat and type messages for both users and operators,  and finally user is left.
But I have not found any values  in chat_duration.

Please help

thank you for your message. In the last version of Live helper chat i do not see any issue related to chat duration.

Also in my install the chat duration seems to be reported correctly.
I can suggest to test the demo and see if you are able to reproduce the issue.. you will need provide steps and maybe some screenshot without show IP or private data. Please cover private data.
