Hi everyone. I think i have same problem on my chat installation. I recently update chat to 3.03 e mysql to 5.7 on a server that is running on centos 7.

this topic has been solved: no issue from LHC part.

As my previous reply said, issue was a wrong Embed code and some server configurations.
You can try to follow previous suggestions. Try with a new embed code in a testing page.

Hi my friend.
I solve this with a fresh installation of version 2.97 and restoring data from a previous backup. I lost information from 2 weeks, but it completly solve my problem. The other solution, new embed code, i have tried before, but it's not work. I check all configurations on my apache server and can't find any error.

I try a new installation of 3.02 version. Same problem. But if figure out what is causing that problem. When i go to "chat configuration -> misc" and active the option "List Online Operators". When i deactivate this option, LHC works perfect.

Hi rapafleutz, on the demo list online operator are on by default as I can see.
Are you able to reproduce the issue also in the demo? If yes, what steps to reproduce?

No, in the demo i make the same steps and don't get any problem. Is time to make some investigations on DB permissions or settings.

Now, i rest my case ... and i'm going to cry.

Fresh installation in the 3.04v, mysql 5.7 on centos 7 RHEL totally new ... and same problem.

What version of PHP is in use?

Hi my friend. Whell, this is the my server configuration.

PHP /7.1.8
Apache Version Apache/2.4.6 (CentOS)
Server version: 5.7.23 MySQL Community Server (GPL)

The problem is the same as the first image i have posted. When i go to "chat configuration - misc", Chat Related session and click on "List Online Operators", my dashboard shows the problem. Only "online visitors" show something, the other "panels" lik "pending chat" or "active chat", shows nothing between parenthesis.

I'm have one last question: On demo version, at online visitors, there are one more information then mine. After the simbol "new", appears another information "Seen" or "Unseen".
How i can view this information, mine stop on "New"

Is your live helper chat database updated to the last version? Please check going on settings, update information.
You should have the same interface you see in the demo if you have the last live helper chat installed.

Are you self-hosting the chat or you have a hosted plan?

I allways forget that firefox have developer tools and that comes in hand with usefull information.
Using the firefox tools, on the network tab, i found this:

When i go to "chat configuration - misc", Chat Related session and click on "List Online Operators"

List Online Operators disabled. Dashboard shows information and widgets working fine

Return ok at this line: /livechat/lhc_web/index.php/site_admin/chat/syncadmininterface/(limita)/10/(limitu)/10/(limitp)/10/(limito)/10/(limitc)/10/(limitd)/10/(limitmc)/10

List Online Operators Enabled. Dashboard crash. Only online visitors is ok. All other widgets not working, and pending chats not
triggering any notification

Return 503 on this

What kind of Geo location are you using? Have you tried to switch to Max Mind and see if this help to solve the issue?
At the moment i have no other idea as 503 is a server error.

I finaly figure out a solution. It's a mysql server configuration issue. I found the solution on this links:

And adding this line

sql_mode = "STRICT_TRANS_TABLES,NO_ZERO_IN_DATE,NO_ZERO_DATE,ERROR_FOR_DIVISION_BY_ZERO,NO_AUTO_CREATE_USER,NO_ENGINE_SUBSTITUTION"

On my /my.cnf file solve the problem, and don't cause problem on others aplications that i have, like phpmyfaq.
