Changing H3 Offline message size

Hi, I'm trying to change the size of the message:

"There are no online operators at the moment, please leave a message"

...in the offline live chat box.

I've switched debug on and disabled cache. But, from firebug the path to the text is a cached css file, even though cache is disabled:

Sorry if this is a noob question, but I'm not a developer...how do I find out what file to override for this?

Then you disable cache it just check that there was no changes in CSS so cached path is ok. You just have to change css now. You can see which css files were used in debug list itself.

After you do this widget will contain debug output. So then you click right mouse button on your embeded cotntent and open it in a separate tab. So you will see debug at the bottom. I will publish short article with explain how to do all that.
