LivChat opening on each page as a new box, with no chat history
Our Livechat is not working properly. When you open one page and start chatting, things are okay. But if you open another page of our website on the same browser, the chat box doesn't recognize the same person and IP, which means the person needs to enter all the details again and there's no chat history for them.
Could you help me with that?

What version of LHC are you using?
Can you please test the same on the demo of the live helper chat? The issue is present also in the demo?

We're using the latest version (downloaded it from LHC main website). And I tested the demo, it does not have the same issue.

Hi Parak,
thank you for the update.
I tested the demo, it does not have the same issue.
This confirm the issue is not LHC, maybe you have set something wrong.
Check the settings. If the issue persist try a new install with a clean settings and try without settings customization.
Maybe you have set some settings not in the right way.
