Notification on Google chat has {message} and {url_accept}

First of all, thanks for making this great app available for free! Remigijau, dydelis aÄiÅ«!

Somehow I failed to install it on my LEMP VirtualBox, displaying just title for the table to fill (no questions about permissions etc.)
All the page contains is:<h1>Fill out this form to start a chat</h1><form method="post" action="/support/index.php/chat/startchat" onsubmit="return lhinst.addCaptcha('1395510911',$(this))"></form>
But it installed fine without any questions on my server and other test servers, I also created google oAuth to enable notification via gTalk. I do receive test message:

You have a new chat request{messages}Click to accept a chat{url_accept}

And even if someone starts the chat - I receive the same message. I.e. no real message or url - just this message.

Am I doing something wrong?

2. As for xmpp make sure you fill department attributes to receive xmpp messages.

I have updated http://livehelperchat.com/xmpp-gtalk-xabber-configuration-and-support-222a.html this article and added screenshot where in department XMPP settings have to be enabled.

By the way it's "Didelis aÄiÅ«" big_smile

Thanks. I set that check box, and also, I think, I needed to set the recipient email.Now it works, I get proper message and url in my hangouts app. Great!!
