index.php went blank after changing the system language.

Here's the thing: ive installed once the lhc, but installed in the wrong database. So i deleted the tables and deleted the lhc_web folder.
Downloaded again, uploaded the lhc_web folder to the same folder it was before, reinstalled. Everything was ok, i was already using the API, but when i changed the system language in the index.php, everything went blank. I just cant see the dashboard again, or login.
So i've turned the debug_output true, the template cache and other 2 false, and got this errors (i have no idea about what to do with them, and found nothing here in the foruns):

Hi,

Try to disable cache temporary.
Just do oposite what's written here

Have you customized the theme in the customtheme folder?

Think maybe something is wrong on your install or you edited code.
What language have you set? Have you tried to set the same language in the live helper chat demo? Same issue??

Try to disable cache temporary.
Just do oposite what's written here

By the way to what language you have tried to change?

To pt_BR. These settings are already 'false', i did it to see the errors. How do I login in the system dashboard again? With the cache disabled?

No, i did not customized anything. Whats the best way to uninstall this program? I didnt find this info in the foruns neither the documentation.
Ive changed to pt_BR, no i didnt tried this in the chat demo.

UPDATE:

Ive enabled the cache settings "'templatecache' => true, 'templatecompile' => true, 'modulecompile' => true," and opened in Firefox the /lhc_web/index.php/site_admin/.
I did the login, then everything went blank.
