Is it possible to change Widget operator name from " Systems Admin"

Hi I have-just set up a custom widget for live chat support.
The default on the back-end has the support agent called [ Systems Admin ] when a visitor to the site uses the widget.
Is it possible to change the name of Systems to admin to a name of my choice>

I hope that made sense all.

Any help would be great thanks !

Seems you name or nick name has been set by you or someone to System Administrator: you need edit your profile
