<SOLVED> 503 Post Error - Spinning Widget When Leaving a Message
Hopefully I can save somebody some time if you experience this error and it's not your cache, an update or your server config
Was getting this error in the log files - regardless of php version
503 POST /index.php/chat/chatwidget/(offline)/true/(leaveamessage)/true/(department)/additional_code_here
Disabled the geodetection and the error was gone

I recently switched from Live Helper Chat after using it for a really really long time and haven't regretted it yet!
