Export chat with Additional_Data

Dear all.

In our LCH chat form setting, we add a custome fields (student / staff ID)
Now in the database lh_msh>additonal_data, the data is like
[{"h":false,"identifier":"idsiuser","key":"ID Num. \/ IC Num. \/ Passport Num.","value":"2018214698"}]

Can we / How to include those data in export chat list?
Currently it only has ID    Visitor Name    E-mail    Phone    Wait time    Country    City    IP    Operator    Department    Date    Minutes    Vote status    Mail send    Page    Came from    Link
