Pro Active Chat Invitations!!

Please tell me the link to setup pro-active chat on my Live Helper Chat Set Up.
Please allow me to explain what i am trying to achieve:I want to send Chat Invitations to the visitors of a web page.People those who are using the LHC Form and then connecting to chat are shown up in the console.But for those people who are just visiting the webpage, then I want to send them a message which they can use to proceed with the conversation.
Please help on this.

Have you seen install tutorial? it contains section about how to setup invitation.
