Configuration: My Chats isnot being "pendent"

Hi again.
I'm facing a problem with chats that start today, and i don't know how to solve this. When a chat is created, it's assign directly to a online operator specifically. The other operators don't have this problem.
I have no Auto assignment active on any department ... I Don't know how to search more ?
I try to clean cache ... restart apache ...

Hi rapafleutz, what is the issue and what is "the normal routine" you expected to have?

Hi PeopleInside. The issue is. I Have a operator called "Atendente1". When i'm using this operator, the chats don't being "pending". When a chat is started,
it is automatically open as active, as if the operator has "take" the action for this. All other operators works normally, being "pending", and then "active" by the
action from the operator.

I only edit the option for "show the pop up message" for new chats. i will try the update option and see what i get. Thank you for you support.

Check the operator profile, maybe the settings to auto-accept chats is active.
