How don't close widget - chat changing site page

Hi,

I have a problem with the widget and the chat.
When someone open a new chat, it works fine, but if it change the page, that chat will be closed and who have open it, should reopen a NEW one...
How I can edit that?
I mean, if i change my site page, I need that the chat keep live and don't die...

Hi,

Most likely you misconfigured while embedding code. Perhaps entered domain with http even it should have been without http. Or checked some checkbox in back office like force https cookie when your site is not https. In any case it's just your configuration.

I have the same problem, my chat is in https and my site works with http and https, when I run with http and start the chat, it opens up well, but when I change the page, I close the chat that I had already started.
how can I solve it?
