Upgrade Issue
After upgrading from V1.85 to V1.93 I got one issue. On Admin side, Online Visitors Page stops displaying three things
1- Time on site value
2- Fist Visit value
3- Last Visit value

Most likely you have missed one of the database updates.
1. See your server errors logs.
2. Make sure you have updated your settings/settings.ini.php file http://livehelperchat.com/new-version-1.86v-enhancements-268a.html
