LHC and Nginx

We've been using LHC for a few years with no problems. Unfortunately, our server is now past End of Life and we have to replace it. Our hosting company is balking at using Nginx due to problems/conflicts with cPanel. Is it possible to use Apache/LiteSpeed to proxy WebSockets instead of using Nginx or is there some built-in dependency within LHC that requires Nginx? Thanks in advance for your assistance.

Re: LHC and Nginx

In the core there are no dependency. Unless you are using websickets with nodejs. Otherwise it’s safe to use apache. Just nginx is faster smile
