Starting chat on webpages

Hello everyone!

Im really new using live helper chat, i just implemented the embed page code to start a new chat logging it with the embed form from livechathelper it self and worked very well.

There's any API to login in the chat and bypass the form from the livechat embed code form?

i already have an form that have some nice css on it and i need to send that form to a chat.

can we ask this functionality?

I had similar request from another client start chat without any of field or hav custom url to start chat. I ques will need to take care
