Hello,
I have some general questions about LiveHelperChat performance :
1/ What is the impact if my operators are far away from the server where is located the script ? Impact in term of speed ?
2/ LiveHelperChat can support big websites with hundreds thousands or millions of visits/month ?
3/ Node Js should be a significative enhancement ?
Thank you for your reply

Hi 7seas,
seems you are not new on live helper chat.
Free support are limited and I cannot answer to your question.
You can test by yourself the software and check if can support visitors -> this probably will depend on your server.
Also speed depends on your server.
If you need commercial help a commercial support are available.

Hi,
Ky known the biggest installtion has 24/7 operators in three shifts. Around 100/120 requests per second. But it’s using chat archiv, elasticnsearch, php resque for bqckground indexng chats to elastic search. As for how many pagviews i need to chck and all this on sngle server. Just db moved to separate server because of load

That's pretty impressive, Remdex! Can you maintain something like that indefinitely without major issues btw?

Well, we did not had any major issues. The biggest issues were database transactions because of loads. So at this moment all these high load/concurrency issues were solved.

Looks like the performance is sustainable.
