Operator Alert with continous -loud sound for chat invitations

Hi Remigijus,    Firstly congratulations for building such a good chat. I am really impressed & made my life easy. Thanks a lot. Currently I am on CentOS VPS with Web version. Your version - 1.93
Current version - 1.92
Last database update - update_72.sqlhttps://github.com/remdex/livehelperchat/archive/master.zip
I need help on advice on how to enable of suitable alert ( Sound ) for Operators. Currenlty when the visitor invokes the chat, Operators who supports the chat conversion do not get alerted with big & continous sound till he accept the chat hence we are loosing few customers visiting on our website. I have checked the forum discussion regarding invitation.mp3 file however I want just loud long sound to alert the operator not for customer.... Please can you advice on this.

On demo,

1. http://demo.livehelperchat.com/site_admin/chat/listchatconfig - enable browser notifications
2. http://demo.livehelperchat.com/site_admin/chat/syncandsoundesetting - adjust bottom settings

"Show alert message on a new chat request " and "How many times play sound notification"

Try play around with these settings to know which one one fits to you the best.

Hello,   Thanks a lot for promt reply, 1.
On chat configuration page, We have one tab " Notifications about new chats"I have clicked on "Request Notification Permission"Then I clicked on "Update"..
However I want every operator should given the option to enable browser notification.... ? I am not sure
how this can be done.  Please advice.  2.  Secondly I have made below changes but still the sound is coming only once on new chat request.

Hi,

1. Operators should see chat configuration link in their panel and each of them has to click this button
2. Sorry but here all works.

You can try clear cache as for second one. Sound is played untill someone accepts a chat. So if someone has accepted a chat sound stops playing.
