Force operator offline
Hi
Is there a possibility for an administrator to force an operator offline.Sometimes we have people forgetting to set their status to offline when leaving the computer.

Hi, directly is not possible but it's possible to set auto offline in account.
"Change my online/offline status based on my activity "
Open the operator profile, Notifications tab
