Statistics
Is there a way i can disabled certain users not to see any statistics/chat list of other departments .Disabled them to export chats from other departments.
Chat List allow operators to see all chats and we just want management to generate resports and chats.

as told before the time of the chat owner is limited.
If you want you can look at commercial support -> you can find info on my forum signature.
Just inform you what you want to do seems possible with permission, you would need to play around
with permissions
