Automatic message basead on client message

Hi.

I would like to know if is possible to send an automatic message to my client basead on his message.

For example: if my client sends: "I want my bill", LHC sends an automatic message (previously registered) saying where my client will find his bill in my website. I mean, it is not AI, it is a previously registered message, where LHC reads client message and if it finds the word "bill", it will send an automatic message.
