osticket with live helper chat

hello sir,
            I want to add the osticket module with live helper chat .but It created a problem to generate the api and Integration settings on live helper chat..
             so plz help me to Integrate the Osticket in Live Helper Chat..

Happy to hear Lilo can give an hand.
I do not use OsTicket extension as I think most of work can be done without the extesion:
OsTicket has good filter and live chat send email in the way you can open customers ticket.

As I do not use this extension I cannot help directly
